* Information about the rail ticket you have purchased, including the origin and destination, the validity period of ticket, class of travel, and whether any Railcards were used to discount the cost of the ticket.

* Details of your visits to our site including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data and the resources that you access (this is used to help track the performance of our website).
* We may also collect information about your mobile device and/or computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type for system administration, to improve the structure and content of our site.
We do not hold any personal contact data such as email address or phone number and we will not contact you unless it is in response to a query you have raised with us.
